I really love how Sega really added to the experience with the challenges and the emulator tweaks, One thing I do not like very much is the Virtual Room, The menu is like a 3D room of the 90s, Sega’s best title from the 80/90’s era. It works with proton tho it has a gold rating so it requires some tweaking. It also is a great game, but sadly it is a seperate game that does not have a Native Linux port. This game is Sonic CD, And it truly is a shame this one is not included in the emulator. The Complete collection has 1 game without Linux support that’s why the store page does not list Linux support. Just Sonic 3 and Knuckles is worth it in my perspective. So I would recommend just buying them all. Just getting the complete pack is cheaper than buying these games seperately. But some games sure belong to the best games ever made. Like surviving a tough boss with only a knife or only 10% HP, some require you to get certain scores or finish within a certain time limit. You can play through the 58 games like normal, but you can also save states, speed up the game or mirror it completely to make it feel new, There are also a lot of challenges which place you in the middle of pre set save states. Sega really went all out and made the best emulator they could, With tons of features and even Online multiplayer. I am missing some obvious classics, but Sadly not everything is owned by Sega, Because if it where they would be included in this collection. It is a collection of 58 Sega Genesis games Or Mega Drive for European players. The main menu is themed after a bedroom of a Sega fanatic with various Sega related decor, a bookshelf full of Sega Genesis games, and a CRT TV with a Genesis plugged in.
