Everyone from the front desk person to the lady that was restocking the breakfast area was extremely pleasant and proficient at their prospective jobs. With it being so full you might think the staff would be harried but it was just not the case. The weekend we were there was very busy and the hotel was sold out. These rooms were immaculate! Very comfortable suite with a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, cooktop, and all utensils for a long term stay). One of our pet peeves is a room that is not clean. Free yummy full hot breakfast, free wifi, free parking, awesome friendly customer service. Great location with it only 15 minutes from the Atlantic City boardwalk. Having stayed there for two nights, I now understand why. Homewood Suites in Egg Harbor came up as one of the top choices on Tripadvisor. The hotel prices at the casinos were outrageous so we looked at other locations close to the venue.
